This windspinner is TOP quality!(as I said in last review, you get what you pay for--but--I only paid $8 or $9 more for this one, and shipping was comparable).
If you want a windspinner that spins, and that is high quality, this, and I am sure, any by this company that this vendor sells, are what you want!I am very pleased!!!
