(More customer reviews)Spinner will not hold without the endcap, it will spin away.I am hoping this gets resolved by BSI soon, if it does, I will let you know.This is the second time I am dealing with this, two hubs, a spacer and no end cap.
It took a couple of weeks but I email BSI and they did make good on sending the endcap.
